A heated hose makes a huge difference in CPAP therapy comfort and compliance. I have a ResMed AirSense 10 and I have been using this hose since I started my therapy. I set my machine to auto, it senses the temperature in my bedroom (I keep it very cool at night, usually around 65-66F). I never have any problems with rainouts in my hose or mask, and I always get enough humidity to avoid a dry mouth and nose. This product is well made, easy to use, and does what it says it will do. I would strongly recommend it to any ResMed users!
