Cannot get the forehead support assembly to fitt to the mask. Now have 2 parts cannot use. Should have just the large nasual mask. Shipping was fast. Just hard to match parts, with so many models.
The product I received was exactly what I needed. I am also fairly mechanically inclined. However, I could not figure out how to remove the old part without potentially damaging the remainder of the mask. I called customer service and they were very quick to locate the same part I had ordered to to see if they could figure out the problem I was experiencing. Their unit seemed to come apart fairly easily so while competent and eager to please, they were not able to make any suggestions. I did finally get it apart although figuring out how took more time than I would have thought. It would be great if a small diagram was included with the product that showed how to remove/replace the item. This would save frustration as well as saving a phone call to the vendor. Other than the installation issue, the product is now back to working as it should.
This part was just what I needed to be able to use my ComfortGel mask again. It is very good quality.
The parts purchased were excellent quality. They were easy to install. I am very pleased with the ability to purchase parts for my mask instead of having to purchase an entire mask. Not much to say about the filters, They work and I am glad they are available for replacement at regular intervals.
I have used CPAP.com for quite awhile. when ever I needed a part for my machine or just for basic instructions ( like how do you set the ramp speed) they were always there for me and very helpfull. The products I order are exactly like the orginal parts when you first receive your machine. All parts hold up well. However, nothing last for ever. wear and tear usage. When I order the parts they are sent to me as I request. Overnight is my usual means because a good nights sleep is neccessary for me considering the number of times I stop breathing in an hour. So,money can never be a factor in ordering replacement parts and besides insurance will cover some of the expense. Even if you have no insurance, this company has the best prices anywhere. I would recommend this company to anyone who wishes GREAT servces and to save money.
headband is exactly what I was looking for
The replacement part works perfectly....and now I can sleep peacefully again.
For several weeks the forehead rest would detach from the support arm at very inconvient times... like during sleep. I thought the connection was somehow "worn out". After ordering the replacement I discovered there was a crack in the skinny bridge below the point of attachment on the forehead rest which allowed the holding bracket to separate and release the support arm clip. A drop of superglue remedied the situation. Now I realize it likely won't last forever but I would not have needed to replace the unit just yet. Without insurance coverage this CPAP equipment gets to be expensive. Nevertheless, ordering and delivery were flawless.
The ComfortGel forehead support arm arrived within 8 days to Canada. the last time I was in the local Sleep place, I asked about the part and was told I had to buy the entire mask assembly, at a cost of $350.00. The part is the right part and the refit was easy. it's taken me 7 months to replace it (thank god for crazy glue and duct tape!). my jaw is relaxing back into its proper place and I'm thrilled that I've found a place where I can obtain what I need at a price that I can afford. I'll be coming back for new information and an upgrade when I need it. Thanks,
I received my support arm and tried it the first tine last week. I've had to take it off when I woke during the night several times. Bear in mind, I have not used my Cpap for about two months largely because I didn't know where to order it. Mu son advised me of your address. I will become accustomed to it shortly and at this time it certainly compares to my first support arm which I have worn for the past three years. (I had three of them.)
