EncoreViewer 2.0 Software with USB Smart Card Reader for M Series and Legacy REMStar Machines

Great! Just wish there was an OSX version. I hate to use my PC.

I have had this product for just over one week. The software loaded flawlessly and it was very easy to set up the card reader. I really like the ability to collect data with different date ranges. Now, instead of waiting to have my DME provider run my card I can do it whenever I want.

Everything worked just as other reviewers said. The graphs and charts are quite useful although a few definitions and explanations would help. The thing I did not know is that you can only retrieve one year worth of data from the smart card, so I lost about three years of previous records.I should have purchased this years ago when I first thought it might be useful.

The card reader is an awesome tool to monitor my CPAP usage. I truly appreciate your help in deciding which one to purchase. We will continue to make all of our purchases through CPAP.com; where we always find superior service and superior products. Thanks!

The product works fine as long as you have a 32 bit operating system to run it on. I have temporarily added a 32 bit version of windows 7 and am dual booted. Not sure yet what I will do when the trial license runs out for the 32 bit Window 7. Setup and installation were simple and the reports are pretty easy to read.

I would have given 5 stars, but I had a problem with installation same as another reviewer. I have a one year old laptop with 64 bit processor and have never had any problems installing anything. When I attempted installation of the Encore/Viewer software I got a message: Need a 32 bit (x86) processor. Installation instructions with the software states 32 bit - OR BETTER - required, so it should be compatable with a 64 bit. Unlike the other reviewer, I didn't have 'my old college computer' to use, and the company has a 'No return except for warranty issue' policy. Fortunately I have a friend who said I could try her computer. Hers is a 32 bit and the software installed in a matter of seconds... I saved the data report on her computer and emailed it to mine. So, buyer beware: If you don't have a 32bit processor, be sure you have access to one before purchasing. As for the data reports generated, it's well worth the money. I had 8 months worth of data on my card since it was last cleared. The cumlative report and the graphic way it's displayed make this a great tool for seeing trends over time, as well as having an individual detailed report for each of the most recent 7 days. At the end of the report there is a summary of all pertinent information and over all averages all on one page for anyone who just wants to see the bottom line without viewing all the other. I love having access to all of it. I just wish I could read the card on my own computer!
