• Start by adjusting your CPAP headgear for a comfortable, secure fit. 
• Place covers over headgear straps with soft side against skin.
• Make sure strap cover is centered and covers the entire strap.
• Secure Velcro fastening so covers stay in place. 
• Avoid overtightening strap covers. 
• Adjust as needed for maximum comfort.
• Make sure covers do not interfere with your CPAP mask or tubing. 
• Wash regularly, per manufacturer’s instructions.

• Hand wash a minimum of once per week. 
• Use mild soap and water.
