This four-pound backup battery recharges in under eight hours to a total of 288 Wh of power, enabling you to run your CPAP machine for up to four nights without humidification. Not only can it power your CPAP machine, but it can also power stair lifts, game consoles, appliances, and just about anything else with a standard plug that you might need during a power outage or travel adventure.

With an impressive UPS gold rating, the Zopec Explore 8000 will be able to instantly detect a power outage and automatically take over with battery power to keep your CPAP machine running through the night, even with a medium humidifier setting (but not with a heated hose). Without humidification and at a pressure setting of 10 cmH2O, this CPAP backup battery will run the average CPAP machine for 20 to 32 hours without the use of humidification or a heated tube. To use as a backup power supply, connect your CPAP machine to the battery, then plug the battery into a regular AC wall outlet. If a power outage occurs, the battery will automatically take over, but be aware that this backup feature won’t work properly if you’re using a high humidifier setting or heated tube.

The Zopec Explore 8000 features Unlimited Linking Technology, allowing you to connect multiple Zopec batteries in a series for even longer run times, even if they aren’t the same model. This battery is intended as an Uninterruptible Power Supply, backup battery, or travel companion on road trips or camping. Its 288 Wh capacity exceeds the maximum 160 Wh capacity approved by the FAA, so it is not safe for air travel. It is perfectly safe for camping and road trips, however, and it works great at home as a dedicated backup battery.
