EPAP fit & safety at a glance

EPAP therapy isn’t for everyone. Bongo Rx is designed for people with mild to moderate Obstructive Sleep Apnea (AHI 5–30) who can breathe through the nose and typically need low–moderate CPAP pressures.

You’ll get the best results if you keep your mouth closed during sleep or support it with a chinstrap. Bongo Rx isn’t recommended if you’re a habitual mouth breather, have severe OSA, require high CPAP pressures, or experience ongoing sinus issues, significant nasal blockage, severe respiratory or heart conditions, or chronically low blood pressure.

    Near Perfect!

    I use the Bongo RX system regularly and these annual renewal kits work well. They are not inexpensive, and it would be nice to be able to just get the bongo inserts without having to pay for the head-strap and case sometimes. But apart from that , the kits work well and are a convenient way to keep supplies restocked. I have purchased the annual kits from cpap.com numerous times and have never been disappointed with the service.
