After a couple months of different machines it turns out that I have central sleep apnea. So had had to look for a “special” machine thats way expensive. My wife says that I always have to get the most expensive gadgets. Anyways it works great! My apneas are being addressed and cpap.com had the best price by far. Salesman was very nice and knowledgeable. I think his name was Darrel.
I never slept so well. I went from 30+ events per hour with my CPAP machine to less than . 4 an hour—often zero. I score 100 points every night since I started with this machine. Unfortunately, I had to pay for it out of pocket because Medicare wanted me to take another sleep study—with no equipment. Medicare is not very smart.
I have near zero events since switching from CPAP. The only weird thing is that there is no Auto-ramp. Hopefully that is just a future software update
Quieter than the 10. Humidifier seems to use less water even though settings same as 10 machine. Don’t like it is mostly plastic.
Absolutely superb! As a 29 year sufferer of CPAP and BiPAP machines for the first time this machine senses my slower breathing pattern ahead of it becoming a full blown apnea and intervenes keeping the apnea from occurring. Best sleep I’ve had in years. Another plus is all the new tech, touchscreen, total quiet that come with machine. I have central sleep apnea which was being controlled by a BiPAP thus Medicare would not pay for an auto SV. So I bought on my own and have zero regrets.
