This was not at all what I was expecting. I requested a refund, but did not get one. It is a watery lotion did not help protect my nose from the irritation of the CPAP waste of money.

I am reviewing the hear not the balm. The masks, hoses, etc are not biodegratable there they all go in regular garbage. Someh Resmed should come up with products that do not end up in the landfill. I noticedf that the coffee pod people send a bag with the your order for you to return the used pods to them to be disposed of. Let’s keep our planet clean!!!

I can't tell any difference with this cream. I switched to another style mask. Instead of the nasal pillows that were a continuous irritation I'm now using the small mask that has just one opening around both nostrils. I sleep better with it but I still am restless, waking up frequently.
