I have a history of waking up with a dry mouth as a result of not using the humidifier and my mouth opening and closing throughout the night. The tape has eliminated this. The tape keeps my mouth closed throughout the night. No more dry mouth. The adhesive is strong and stays in place. I have a small mustache and there is no issue, but I suspect those with a large mustache may struggle to keep the tape in place throughout the night. My mask leak numbers have not changed which tells me my constant movements during the night are the cause of my leaks.

It is quite sticky but for some reason, it only worked about half the night for me. About 3 AM or so I woke up and it had developed small leaks. I pushed it back on and it would work a while longer. Then when I would take it off it had a fairly strong stick to my lips, so I don't know what the problem was.

It would be better for me if it were larger to cover more lip area. I don't have really large lips or anything but it seemed to only cover the minimum necessary. I would also prefer not to have the hole to breath through. I think allowing that increased the moisture in that area and that's probably why I lost adhesion.
