Your glucose, explained in real time
Ever wonder why you crash after lunch or feel wired after a late snack? Stelo by Dexcom answers questions like these. It's a small biosensor worn on the back of the arm. It tracks glucose continuously and sends the numbers to an app on your phone, so you can connect what you eat and do with how your body responds.
You don't need a prescription or a lancet. Stelo is sold over the counter for adults 18+ who don't take insulin.
How it works
-
Apply. Press the built-in applicator against your upper arm. It takes seconds.
-
Wear. Each sensor stays on for up to 15 days. You can shower, exercise, and sleep with it on.
-
Learn. Open the Stelo app (iPhone or Android) to see your readings, spot daily patterns, and get tips based on your own data.
This pack includes
- Two sensors, each with its own applicator (roughly one month of wear)
- Overpatches to help keep each sensor secure
- Access to the Stelo app
