This item is HALF of the power cord combo. It is missing the portion that goes into the electric outlet - the plug - on 1 side and a figure 8 insert plug for the power converter on the other side.
When I order a powercord, I expect to be able to plug it into the wall!

How ridiculous is it to send me a power cord missing the extension that plugs into the wall? I still can't use my machine. I called your customer service line and they said "it doesn't come with that part" and gave me a separate number to order and it's out of stock. Still can't use my machine. Very upset.
