We've partnered with Intake Breathing—trusted by over a million customers and backed by independent sleep research—to help you get more from your CPAP. Pairing their gentle mouth tape with a nasal CPAP mask may help reduce symptoms of dry mouth, helping you stay comfortable and wake up refreshed.

Fitting shouldn’t be the hard part of therapy. The Fisher & Paykel Solo Nasal CPAP Mask uses innovative AutoFit headgear and one‑touch adjustment, so you can dial in comfort fast and settle into steady treatment.

The Solo pairs a low‑profile nasal cradle cushion with AutoLock headgear designed to hold your seal as you move and as pressure changes. The result is simpler setup, fewer pressure points, and a quieter bedtime routine. Set it once, then forget it while you sleep.

  • Faster fit: Stretch on, then push to tighten or pull to loosen.
  • Secure all night: AutoLock helps maintain your seal through movement.
  • Minimal contact: Fewer touchpoints and an open sightline for glasses or reading.
  • Quieter nights: Quiet exhaust design helps reduce disturbances.
  • Guided setup: myMask App offers tips and sizing assistance.
  • Magnet‑free: Safe for people with medical implants.

AutoFit comfort with F&P Solo’s secure AutoLock

One‑Touch, Personalized Fit

Meet the F&P Solo Nasal CPAP Mask’s signature advantage: AutoFit headgear with one‑touch adjustment. Stretch the strap over your head, position the nasal cradle cushion under your nose, then simply push the cushion to tighten or pull it forward to loosen. The design uses fewer touchpoints to reduce pressure on the face and keep your sightline open for reading or glasses. AutoFit also helps the headgear remember your preferred tension between sessions, so your routine stays quick. Paired with a secure AutoLock seal that’s designed to stay put as pressure changes, you get an easier start to every night’s therapy.

  • Stretch on; push to tighten
  • Pull forward to loosen
  • Headgear remembers your fit
  • Minimal contact, open sightline

Stable, Quiet Therapy

F&P Solo - quiet, comfortable, good air seal

This little mask has worked well for me. I switched from an AirFit N20. I started with one Solo and now have three, so I can rotate them when they're drying after washing.

It's great to just be able to pull on the mask to adjust it or take it off, without clips or magnets. That's especially helpful if I have a cramp in my leg and need to stand up in a hurry. The strap on my head slides up sometimes and I wake up and pull it down, which is irritating, but the air leak numbers on the ResMed app are much better than they were with the AirFit N20.

The AirFit N20 started making a high whistling sound through the air vents. The Solo has a superior design and is really quiet.

    Great but headgear needs redesign

Best nasal mask I’ve tried - and I’ve tried them all. My only complaint is that the the headgear needs a better design as it tends to slide up over my head multiple times during the night. Maybe if the 2 straps had a wider angle between them then the headgear would stay put better. Otherwise I really like the auto adjust feature.

Prevents me to go into deep sleep

Not a great fit. The whole set up prevents me to go into deep sleep. I was trying to order actually where the tube connects out from head. Instead I ended up ordering this. Hence unhappy
