Your purchase includes the mask frame only, and doesn't include any additional parts or accessories. The mask frame is perfect if you want to change things up with your existing setup, and experiment with a new material.

The feel of this headgear on my skin is comfortable. It's always nice when you get new headgear. Love my Wisp!
Fits well, easy enough to clean. Doesn't seem to be as durable as it was a few years ago, but that could be down to individual experience. Most common point of failue is right before the hole for the nasal cushion, so keep an eye out for wear in that spot.
