This product is the pillowcase only and does not include the pillow cover, which offers padded mesh for breathability.
To use, insert the pillow through the opening along the edge of the pillowcase. The opening and included button enclosure accommodates the hose tether and helps keep your equipment in place all night.

I love my new pillow and pillowcases. The pillow height can be adjusted by removing/adding layers on the inside. The pillow cases work great since the pillow is a different shape. The price was good as well.

Itโs OK but I would see if regular pillow works before ordering.
The pillow works perfectly for the CPAP. I love the strap feature to hold the CPAP hose, very handy. The only down side to the pillow is that it is way too firm for me. It is like sleeping on a brick. I did take one layer out as it was a bit too thick. If you like a VERY firm pillow this is it!! That is the only reason I gave it 3 stars instead of 5.
