Sleep tight
Was not what I initially bought but this is great . It helps hold nasal passage open for better airflow even in side where the cushion and tension from side sleep may pull the mask ever so slightly to one side closing nasal passage. Recommend 10!

Better than the Nose Slits
I wanted this style to replace the nose slits style supplied with the mask. This is a direct fit. It's comfortable and has reduced the leaks to virtually zero. So far, no irritation at the nose.

Works the best for me
