ResMed AirTouch F20 Full Face Mask

Memory foam comfort and quieter nights with AirTouch F20

Feather‑soft foam seal

Trade silicone for UltraSoft memory foam that contours gently to your face. The ResMed AirTouch F20’s cushion helps reduce pressure on the bridge of your nose and supports a secure, breathable seal at a wide range of therapy pressures. With an under‑the‑eye frame and no forehead bar, you keep a clear line of sight to read or wind down. Maintenance is simple: wipe daily and replace the cushion regularly to keep your fit consistent and comfortable. Paired with plush headgear, it’s designed to stay put while you move for fewer mid‑night adjustments.

  • UltraSoft memory foam conforms for comfort
  • Open view without a forehead bar
  • Daily wipe; swap cushion about every 30 days
  • Stable fit for active sleepers

Quick on. Quick off.

Nighttime breaks are simpler when your mask cooperates. Two intuitive features streamline your routine.

  • Quick Release Elbow lets you disconnect tubing fast.
  • Magnetic clips guide headgear into place without fuss.
  • Plush headgear supports comfort and stability.
  • Under‑the‑eye frame reduces nose‑bridge pressure.

QuietAir, sizes, and easy upgrades

Enjoy quieter nights thanks to the QuietAir vent that gently diffuses exhaled air for an operating sound of about 21 decibels. Choose the fit that suits you: Standard or For Her headgear style and cushions in small, medium, or large. When it’s time to refresh, swap in a replacement AirTouch F20 cushion to restore comfort and seal. Prefer silicone sometimes? The AirTouch F20 memory foam cushion can also be used on the AirFit F20 frame.

  • QuietAir vent softens and disperses airflow
  • For Her and Standard headgear options
  • Cushions available in S, M, or L
  • Easy, like‑for‑like cushion replacements
Features

The AirTouch F20’s UltraSoft memory foam offers a breathable, gentle feel while helping maintain a reliable seal. For best results, wipe the cushion daily and replace it on a regular schedule. An under-the-eye frame keeps your line of sight open and helps reduce pressure on the bridge of your nose. Read, watch, or relax before bed without a forehead support in the way. To dial in fit by face size, review the AirTouch F20 sizing guide and select Small, Medium, or Large. Take a break without removing your mask: press the tabs to detach the elbow, then click back in when you’re ready to resume therapy. Magnetic clips guide straps into place for fast, repeatable fitting. Note: magnets may interfere with certain implants and medical devices—consult your clinician if you have any concerns. The QuietAir vent disperses exhaled air through small, multidirectional openings for a gentle sound profile of about 21 DBA, helping you and your bed partner settle in more easily.

First week fit tips
  • Detach the elbow, hold the cushion to nose and mouth, and position headgear
  • Attach lower straps with magnetic clips, then fine-tune upper and lower straps
  • Reconnect the elbow and tubing, start therapy, and make small adjustments
  • Wipe the cushion daily; avoid submerging foam in water
Magnet Safety & Implants

This mask uses magnetic clips. Magnets may interfere with certain medical implants and devices. Do not use if you (or a bed partner) have implants such as pacemakers, implantable cardioverter defibrillators (ICDs), neurostimulators, cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) shunts, insulin/infusion pumps, aneurysm clips, flow disruption devices, embolic coils, stents, valves, electrodes, or hearing aids that could be affected by magnets. Keep the mask and headgear magnets a safe distance away from such devices at all times. If you’re unsure whether magnets are safe for you, consult your physician or device manufacturer before use. For more information, refer to ResMed’s statement on masks with magnetic clips.

FAQs about the AirTouch F20 Full Face CPAP Mask

What’s the difference between the AirFit F20 and the AirTouch F20?

The biggest difference between these two mask styles is the cushion: the AirFit F20 has a soft silicone cushion and the AirTouch F20 has a contouring memory foam cushion. You can, however, use the AirTouch F20 cushion on the AirFit F20 if you prefer memory foam over silicone.

What’s the difference between the AirFit F30 and the AirTouch F20?

The AirFit F30 is the latest model of the previous generation, the AirFit F20. The biggest difference between the AirFit F30 and the AirTouch F20 is the fit; the F30 does not cover the bridge of your nose, which helps to reduce potential skin irritation caused by masks that fit over your entire nose—like the AirTouch F20.

How do you size the airtouch f20?

Your sleep care provider can help you find the best fit for your facial structure and sleep needs, but you can also determine your mask size at home with this helpful sizing guide. The AirTouch F20 mask is available in small, medium, or large.

What popular accessories help me get a better seal on the resmed airtouch f20?

You can use products like mask liners and gel pads to create a better seal and enhance your comfort while using the AirTouch F20. You can view our full range of comfort products if you’re interested in improving your seal and boosting your comfort.

How quiet is the airtouch f20?

A whisper has a decibel level of 30 decibels—and the AirTouch F20 is even quieter. Using exhalation diffuser technology to softly disperse air, the AirTouch F20 has an operating noise level of just 21 decibels.

How to clean and replace the airtouch f20 cushion?

Your cushion can be cleaned with mild soap and water. Routinely cleaning your cushion daily helps remove oils that may otherwise build up and cause issues with the fit of your mask. After three to six months of use, the cushion should be replaced.

    AirTouch over the AirFit

Once I got the right size, this mask fits well... A size too small will make you feel claustrophobic; but, the right mask size it just feel like nothing is on your face. The AirTouch is worth the upgrade over the AirFit, especially if you have facial hair. It goes from "I can feel it on my face but it's okay" to "Oh yeah, I have a mask on," which is very important for transitioning to sleep. PRO TIP: Use the quick disconnect at the front and stick your finger through the air hole to itch your nose and face, so you don't have to fully disconnect the magnet straps.

    Leaks badly

This mask doesn’t keep a seal if you are an active sleeper. It seemed to fit well when I put it on for bed. Despite multiple nights with adjusting the straps the leaks were so bad I would wake up with my machine having shut off completely when the mask was still on my face.
