Bella Loops: Bella creative alternative headgear loops around each ear and connects directly to the nasal pillows, securing them in place so they can provide a solid seal.
Traditional Swift FX Headgear : Uses two straps that go over the top of the head and around the back. Both straps can be adjusted so you can get the firm and secure fit you're looking for.

I ordered the Bella headgear to try since I’m a side sleeper and have had no problems with the Swift FX headgear. The Bella straps behind the ears fit is very comfortable. Hardly know they are there. The nasal pillows stay in place even after turning side to side through out the night. Easy to adjust for just the right fit. Now I need to find out if the Bella headgear will fit my ResMed travel CPAP.
