I have the Hurricane Cpap dryer. I wanted a backup for the filters that the device needs. There was a problem with the tracking # which for some reason didn't show up on Fedex tracking. I called a rep at Cpap.com. The rep checked it out and stated it would arrive that day. It did. I am happy with the product and also happy with the customer rep that relieved my worries about receiving the product.
