Wesper Home Sleep Test

Our home sleep test uses two small wireless patches, a finger sensor, and your phone to track sleep patterns, breathing, oxygen, heart rate, sleep position, and snoring—all while you sleep in your own bed.

Unlike many home tests that use your vital signs to estimate your breathing, our test actually measures your breathing movements and airflow directly. And because you’re testing for multiple nights, your results reflect your typical sleep—not just a one-night snapshot.

After testing, your data is reviewed by a board-certified sleep doctor, who looks for signs of sleep apnea events, including breathing pauses, oxygen drops, and brief wake-ups.

Once you're done testing, return the kit using the included prepaid envelope. Your device must be returned within 60 days of delivery. If the device is not returned within this window, a non-return fee of up to $250 will be charged automatically to your payment method on file.

Here's what to expect after you submit your order for your home sleep test:

1. Ship: Your home sleep test should be delivered to your home within 2-3 days of completing your order—no referral or telehealth visit needed.
2. Setup: You’ll download the testing app, connect the kit to your phone, then follow the guided setup to apply the 2 wireless patches and the small finger sensor.
3. Testing: You’ll use the test for 2 nights to track your sleep patterns, breathing, oxygen, heart rate, and more. Each morning, you’ll get a report recapping your night and giving you early insights.
4. Results: After you finish your last night of testing, a sleep doctor will review all that data, send you a report, plus a personalized treatment plan with a prescription if needed.
5. Return: Once you get your final results, return your home sleep test device using the prepaid return envelope. Your device must be returned within 60 days of delivery. A non-return fee of up to $250 applies if the device is not returned.

From the time that you order, you can get results in as little as one week, but the timing depends on when you choose to test. If you test right away on back-to-back nights, you'll get your results sooner. If you choose to wait a few days between tests, it will take longer to get your results.

Once you finish your final night of testing, you should get your results within 2 business days.

A prepaid return envelope is included with your Wesper kit. Once you've received your final results, repack all components (sensors, pulse oximeter, carrying case) into the return envelope, seal it, and drop it off at the designated carrier location. Retain your tracking confirmation as proof of return.

Your device must be returned within 60 days of delivery. If the device is not returned within this window, a non-return fee of up to $250 will be charged automatically to your payment method on file. Our home sleep test is designed for anyone over the age of 18 who has concerns about their sleep health. We do not require a referral, insurance approval, or telehealth visit.

There are several big differences between our home sleep test and others.

• The kit is reusable and must be returned within 60 days of delivery so the next person can begin testing

You'll still receive your results and a prescription if one is needed, whether you return the kit on time or not. However, if your device is not returned within 60 days of delivery, a non-return fee of up to $250 will be charged automatically to your payment method on file. The fee will be waived or refunded if the device is returned within 90 days of delivery.

If the fee has already been charged, it will be refunded to your original payment method upon receipt and inspection of the returned device. If your original shipment was confirmed lost in transit, contact our care team at 800-356-5221 to initiate a claim. Your test fee is non-refundable regardless of return status.
