Auto-Adjusting Pressure

The Z2 Auto continuously monitors your breathing patterns and adjusts air pressure as needed. This responsive technology, coupled with the Z-Breathe algorithm and adjustable expiratory pressure relief, ensures you receive optimal therapy tailored to your needs throughout the night.

Waterless Humidification

Enjoy the benefits of humidification without the hassle of water. The Z2 Auto is compatible with waterless humidification (HME), which captures and recycles the moisture from your own breath to provide comfortable, hydrated air delivery.

Use With Any Mask

The included universal tube adapter lets the Z2 Auto connect to most standard CPAP hoses and 22 mm mask fittings, so you’re not forced to buy extra parts. Swap masks, pack a spare, and keep your setup simple and affordable—just note it isn’t compatible with masks made specifically for the ResMed AirMini.

User-Friendly Interface

Navigate your therapy with ease using the Z2 Auto's simple three-button interface and backlit LCD screen. Adjust settings, view your therapy data, and make changes even in low-light conditions, putting control of your sleep health right at your fingertips.

Nitelog Companion App

Stay connected to your sleep therapy progress with the Nitelog app. Set and track sleep goals, review detailed session summaries, and easily share compliance reports with your healthcare provider. Managing your sleep health has never been more convenient.

FAQs about the Z2 Auto Travel CPAP Machine

How loud is the Z2 Auto travel CPAP?

The Z2 Auto prioritizes whisper-quiet therapy with an ultra-low 26-30 decibel operational noise level. This is quieter than a soft whisper, ensuring peaceful nights for both you and your sleep partner. With its integrated noise suppression technology and the included Qtube silencer muffler, the Z2 Auto offers one of the quietest CPAP experiences available in a travel device.

Does the Z2 Auto have a built-in humidifier?

While the Z2 Auto doesn't have a traditional built-in humidifier, it offers a waterless humidification solution. The device is compatible with Heat Moisture Exchanger (HME) units, which capture and recycle the moisture from your own breath to provide comfortable, hydrated air. This innovative approach eliminates the need for distilled water and bulky water chambers, making it ideal for travel while still ensuring your comfort.

How do I control the settings on the Z2 Auto?

The Z2 Auto features a user-friendly interface with just three buttons and a backlit LCD screen, allowing for easy adjustments even in low-light conditions. You can control most settings directly on the device. Additionally, the Z2 Auto pairs with the Nitelog companion app, available for both iOS and Android devices. Through the app, you can adjust comfort settings, track your therapy progress, and even control your device remotely, offering flexibility in how you manage your sleep therapy.

    my Z2 seems to be

my Z2 seems to be working well I just took it on our first weekend trip and it fit in my overnight bag, very light weight. very easy to set up. it’s definitely not as quiet as my AirSense 11 but it is quite enough that it doesn’t disturb myself or my wife I’m happy I purchased it, but I am a little disappointed that they’re going to discontinue it. fortunately, they’re still gonna make parts for another four years.

    Don't buy

Machine died while using for the 3rd time. Worse, the manufacturer states it takes 8-12 WEEKS for them to diagnose and see if they repair or replace. After 3 months, CPAP. com gave me a credit.
