Sleep apnea is more prevalent in men than in women, which means the market of products surrounding CPAP therapy is more geared towards men. While this isn’t of great concern when choosing a CPAP machine, it can become relevant for women who are shopping for a new CPAP mask. CPAP.com stocks CPAP masks for women in full face, nasal, or nasal pillow styles, allowing you to find your ideal mask no matter what position you sleep in or what style of mask is most comfortable and beneficial to your CPAP therapy.
Women’s CPAP masks address the needs of those with petite facial structures and typically include headgear that is more mindful of long hair and ponytails. Sometimes, the product will be identical to the ‘male version’ but will be shipped with an extra-small cushion in place of the large cushion and may also include pink headgear. The AirFit F10 vs. the AirFit F10 For Her is a good example of this practice.
Other masks, such as the Swift FX For Her, take a different approach and offer a shortened headgear backstrap and additional notches to help accommodate a ponytail or bun. The Swift FX For Her even offers the Bella Headgear Loops for women that would prefer not to wear headgear at all and allows the Swift FX to be secured around your ears instead of your entire head.
Finally, we also carry masks that were simply designed from the ground up with petite facial structures in mind, such as the Philips Respironics Wisp and the Fisher & Paykel Evora. Both of these masks are effective for women and those with smaller facial features due to their compact, lightweight designs and inclusion of smaller cushion sizes.
Finding the right CPAP mask shouldn’t be more difficult just because you have a smaller face or longer hair than the leading CPAP demographic. We carry feminine options for every mask style and sleeping position. Here are some of our top sellers by category:

This mask has worked well for me. Using the For Her version makes it easier to fit to my face, and I like my forehead "free" with nothing pressing down on it. The mask seals well against leakages - just be sure to get the correct size.

This is my third one and I love it. It does not cover a large area of my face, swivels so the hose can go down or up, stays in place, even though the head straps slide around on my hair, I don't have an issue with the Nano mask staying in place on my nose. I am a back and side sleeper.

Tried 5 masks that were cheaper. Finally broke down and tried this one and it fit beautifully! Comfort is wonderful and what I like best is the magnet release to remove the mask quickly in the middle of the night for a bathroom trip. Well built and worth every penny!

It took a few nights to get a good fit: the mask came with three sizes, and I needed to try all of them. Once I found the correct size, the mask was comfortable and the nasal cushions stayed in place all night. The headgear would not stay on my head, so I used the ear loops, which worked really well; however, I need to find a way to cushion the loops because they do get uncomfortable, especially when sleeping on my side. This mask is better than most, and if the ear loops were somehow cushioned it would be excellent.

I love this mask. It allows me to do things the old-style nasal masks didn't. I can watch TV or read without obstruction. It is also very comfortable. Hardly feels like I am wearing a mask at all.

I have tried two kinds of nasal pillows and had constant problems with my nose. First, it hurt, but then it itched a bunch. I think I was allergic to the material that went into my nose. I had to use pain gel in my nose all the time. I finally gave up on that and decided to try the nasal mask. I filtered the reviews and this one was highly reviewed. It took me one night to adjust to it and ever since I have been sleeping well. I haven't had any problems with air leakage. All in all, I am very satisfied.

I love this mask! Once I followed the directions for putting it on correctly, it sealed up great and I slept well. You really do have to fit it at the bridge of your nose first and then swing it down to the area between the lower lip and chin. It is also very soft and I like how it has more range of motion than my old mask. I would definitely buy this mask again.

I've tried several different pillow masks and have settled on this one as the best for me. Because the hose can be positioned in the center, it allows me to roll over on both sides and it stays in place without any leaking. It also comes with strap pads that protect the skin.
