The "Y" Coupling Tube Connector joins a pair of corrugated tubes. This connector comes with one set of Corrugated Tubes. Use the Adjustable Hose Clamps to secure the tubing to the Mask Frame.

Please visit the Replacement Parts section of the CPAP PRO Nasal Pillow Mask to purchase additional parts like the Curved Bracket with Adjustable Hose Clamps.
To install the coupler, detach the tubes from your existing tube connector. The original tubes that come installed with your mask are fairly secured and may require stripping the existing tubing off. Replace the old connector by sliding new corrugated tubing onto the ports.
