Good mask; bad customer service
I ordered this by accident (didn't notice the shipping charge at the very end) and when I tried to cancel the purchase, it wouldn't let me. (To cancel, you have to call right away. But customer service was not open...) Got decent customer service from AI, surprisingly, but it told me several times that they had sent my complaint to customer service and that I could expect to be contacted by a real person shortly. Well, unfortunately the real customer service agents at cpap.com are not as conscientious as AI, and they ended up ruining a relationship of trust that had lasted 15+ years in a very few days. Wtg cpap.com!
