EasyFit Replacement Headgear
The Headgear for EasyFit CPAP Masks is no longer available. Instead, the Headgear for EasyFit SilkGel Masks may be purchased as a replacement part for all EasyFit CPAP Masks.
Please Note: The EasyFit SilkGel Headgear is a light blue color, which is different from the royal blue and black EasyFit CPAP Headgear. Though the color combinations are different, both headgear function the same and are compatible with EasyFit CPAP masks from Devilbiss.
Where do I find the size?
Both the mask frame and the nasal cushion have identifiable sizes.
To find the size of the mask frame, turn the mask to look at the elbow. Just below the elbow, a clear letter is embossed into the Polycarbonate mask frame. The letter will indicate the size of the mask frame.
To find the size of the gel full face cushion, locate the flat bottom of the mask. A clear letter is written near the rim, which connects the full face cushion to the mask frame. The letter represents the size of the full face cushion.
Yes. Federal law requires we have a valid prescription on file before we ship your mask, machine, humidifier, or EPAP therapy, including Provent and Bongo RX. You will also need a prescription to purchase the Nightbalance POSA device.
We provide many easy ways to get your prescription:

Masks should be washed daily with warm water and gentle soap or baby shampoo. Let the mask air dry. Never use antibacterial soap as it will break down the silicone of the mask cushion. Avoid soaps that include lotion which can coat the mask and cause it to lose its seal. A safe cleaner is the Control III Disinfectant CPAP Cleaning Solution. Remember, going to bed with a clean face will improve your seal and protect the lifespan of your mask.
The best time to clean your mask is in the morning after use. This removes the oils left behind from your skin which can reduce the lifespan of your mask. We recommend using Mask Wipes to make daily morning cleaning easy. The mask wipes are made from materials that will not break down your mask.
For customers who want to completely disinfect their mask and accessories, there's an even better option than wipes. The Lumin Mask and Accessories Cleaner uses powerful UV light to disinfect, killing almost all bacteria almost instantly. It's not a cleaner and doesn't scrub or wash anything, but for simple disinfecting the Lumin works great!

Any mask will work with any machine, with one important exception. The ResMed AirMini is only compatible with certain ResMed CPAP masks. Compatible masks for the AirMini are as follows:
When considering another CPAP, APAP or BiPAP machine from ResMed or any other manufacturer, mask compatibility extends to all brands. The AirMini uses non-standard tubing to connect the machine to the mask, and is the primary reason why other masks won't work with the AirMini. Despite this issue, many of our customers consider the AirMini to be an excellent machine.
I find this mask meets my need best. The delivery is very timely.
Comfortable and sensitive touch.
This is the worst mask I bought, high price but cheap quality and also air leak during the night even with several adjustment. I'm just putting it away as a spare in case I need one.
This mask is a bit difficult to get a good seal without having the straps extremely tight.
I found the mask to be a big improvement over what I had been using. Sometimes it requires a little extra effort to get a good seal after gettting up durning the night. It is very comfortable, very quiet and doesn't leak
Used this mask during a sleep study and decided to get one for myself. I was using a hybrid and it wasn't getting very good numbers after the pressure change. This mask is very comfortable for me and seems to seal real well!
it's easy and confortable, and easy to clean.
I bought this mask to use when I was having allergy issues and my normal nasal would not work. I would actually give it a 4.8 on the scale except for a few minor issues. The headgear is by far the most comfortable that I have used, fits snug and has a strap that goes across the top of the head, it also has a ball and socket joint in the front where the hose connects with the mask is awesome! The exhaust port is top notch and quiet! Now, my issues with the mask. It does want to leak a bit BUT I feel that it may be more of the position I sleep in rather than the mask itself, jury is still out on that one. The adjustment for the forehead piece is a little tough for quick in bed adjustments. You have to completely remove the bridge piece and adjust it rather than a quick squeeze and slide like some other masks. This makes it tough to find the right slot to put it in to adjust it. Other than those little issues, the mask is very comfortable, just not very user friendly for midnight minor adjustments. I would still suggest it to anyone, as a matter of fact, I'm purchaseing the nasal version as soon as I finish this review! good bye Comfort Gel
EasyFit Silicone Full Face CPAP Mask with Headgear. Although the mask appears to be solid, I am already having issues with it. The mask leaks extensively which is making my eyes very dry. It also created some nasty mark on my nose, the area between the eyes. I followed CPAP measuring procedures and so the mask should be appropriate for me.
Hi, I like this mask however, I got the wrong size and kind for me. I bought the Silicone in the small size. I ended up breaking out in an allergic reaction type of situation all over my face, with the peeling and redness because of the silicone. I have never had this happen with any of my other Full Face masks. I also can't tolerate the nasal prongs kind for the same reason. My nostrils get red and sore within the hour even with Ayr gel or any kind of lubricant. By the time I decided to go ahead and get the Gel form, it was too late to return the mask on the insurance I bought with it. I've ended up getting this mask in Gel form from another place with the other headgear in the Medium size and I've woken up feeling a lot like my "old self" with a lot of motivation and wanting to accomplish a lot of things. However, I've gotten a sore on the bridge of my nose from the Gel kind so I'm working on getting a mask liner to work for me. I've got the REMzzz mask liner but the thickness is not quite enough for me, so I'm making my own. I've used many different Full Face masks over the past 6 plus years on CPAP, and this is the first time I've found a headgear that works for me along with the mask. I have strap and tubing covers on all of my equipment from Pad-A-Cheek which I do recommend. I am using the Flexi Fit 432 in the medium size and I still wake up feeling tired and without enough energy to do a lot of things. I'm using this mask only until my nose completely heals up and then I'm switching back to the EASY FIT mask. I'm also getting the Sleep Comfort Care Pad for my nose bridge and hope the two things together will finally get me to sleep through the night and wake up rested. So hopefully when everything is healed up, my combination of this Easy Fit Full Face mask in the Gel form, with the other headgear that's available from another website, along with a mask liner to finally eliminate the leaks and red marks on my face (that I've gotten from every single mask until now,) and the Sleep Comfort Care Pad, will enable me to get a full night's sleep and wake up feeling rested after all of these years of searching!
I am a mouth breather and have a tendancy to turn over on my stomach in my sleep. That makes finding a mask that is comfortable and that will stay sealed nearly impossible. This is one will shift a little without loosing the seal around my mouth. Its the only one I have found that works. I have three or four others that don't work. I don't like the headgear that comes with it. Its cuts into the back of my neck so I use the Resporonics neoprene headgear. Its much more comfortable and is more comfortable if I have to tighten it up.
Love this mask - once I got the gear adjusted correctly it is the most comfortable, quietest mask that I have found in 5 years of C-PAP therapy! I am now sleeping at least 6 hours straight and that's a record!
