These CPAP masks have interfaces that accommodate a wide variety of facial hair styles. Gel cushions and foam inserts provide support and comfort for users who may need to over-tighten headgear straps to help seal around facial hair. Silicone gel also helps create a fluid seal over the hair.
These masks were designed specifically for women to accommodate smaller facial features and lifestyle needs.
These masks have the least amount of material around the face, fewer headgear points, and offers more freedom when you sleep. Most Nasal Pillow and Nasal Prong masks are ideal for claustrophobic users.
TV Friendly CPAP masks have interfaces that avoid obstructing your vision so you can read or watch TV before going to bed. Any mask designed without a forehead piece will fall under this property.
These masks are designed to prevent mouth leaks. If you are opening your mouth during the night, airflow escapes and reduces therapy effectiveness. Users who are experiencing a dry mouth, sore throat, or sinus congestion may require a mask that seals around the mouth.
Do you move around a lot when you sleep? These masks are ideal for users who either sleep on their side or stomach or restless sleepers who toss and turn. There are a few specialized cushions that address this issue as well as most Nasal Pillow and Prong CPAP masks.
The value will be marked 'Yes' for CPAP masks with interfaces that are unique to CPAP users with wide facial features. Masks with 'Wide' cushion sizes would fall under this category. Nasal pillow and prong masks are ideal for wide faces because the seal occurs around the nare, not the face.
This property identifies masks that are ideal for small facial features. Any mask with a size petite or extra small will be marked 'Yes'. Nasal Pillow masks are ideal because they accommodate the size of the 'nare' or nasal openings, not the face.
Indicates which masks come packaged with more than one cushion, pillow or prong. Masks can come packaged with ALL Sizes or a combination of sizes as a Fit Pack. This is ideal for users who have not tried the mask before and do not know the right size to select.
This insurance allows returns on items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the product's purchase price
This describes the type of mask cushion for the mask. These values are either cloth, foam, gel, or silicone. The foam and gel are usually both silicone based materials. The masks that are marked as "silicone" are without gel or foam.
Some masks come with a forehead support as part of the mask design. Masks marked "yes" contain a forehead support, while masks marked "no" do not contain a forehead support.
These masks come with a silicone-based gel cushion.
Tired of adjusting your headgear every time you take your mask off during the night? Quick-Clips allow users to easily remove and replace the mask on your face without re-adjusting the headgear straps.
These masks offer replaceable cushions, pillows, or prongs. These unique CPAP Masks offer replaceable cushions as a low cost solution to keep your mask feeling and working like new.

The FlexSet Gel Nasal CPAP Mask with Headgear by DeVilbiss offers a gel cushion designed to maintain a seal during movement. The connection elbow swivels 360° degrees allowing the hose to be worn up over the head or down across the chest.
The FlexSet Gel Nasal CPAP Mask with Headgear is designed with a removable gel-filled cushion that helps improve mask seals and reduce CPAP user discomfort. The headgear design differs from most standard CPAP masks in that there are one pair of strap anchors on the forehead support arm and one pair of mask "tusks". The "tusks" are used to secure and position the self-anchoring headgear straps for optimal seal and comfort. Made from Breath-O-Prene material which helps to prevent sweating, the forehead pad provides a wide surface area to spread out the tension from overtightened headgear straps.
Mask Configuration Options
The FlexSet Gel CPAP Mask can be configured as either an over-the-head design or left as a standard setup where the mask elbow can rotate 360 Degrees. CPAP users who sleep on their side generally benefit from straight up design, where as back sleepers generally want the elbow set to rotate freely. Whichever configuration, DeVilbiss incorporates an adjustable exhaust port. Simply twist the assembly to direct the flow of exhaled air.

Where do I find the size?
The mask frame does not have an identifiable size because it offers a universal fit to both the small and medium nasal cushions.
Serenity is stamped along the lower edge of the cushion, along the long part that will rest above the upper lip. The Gel cushion has the letter G stamped after Serenity.
The Shallow cushion has the letter S stamped after the word Serenity.
The Standard cushion has only the word Serenity stamped on it.

How can I compare different machines?
We work very hard to provide many different ways for our customers to compare products. Here are the machine product guides we have created and maintain:

Do you have a guide to help me choose the right mask?
Yes, we created a Help Me Choose guide to help you select the right mask or machine according to your preferences. The guide asks you a series of questions regarding your preferences and your facial features. Based on your answers we provide you with a comparison chart of the masks that meet your criteria. Get started here:
Any mask will work with any machine, with one important exception. The ResMed AirMini is only compatible with certain ResMed CPAP masks. Compatible masks for the AirMini are as follows:
ResMed AirFit™ N20 Nasal Mask
ResMed AirFit™ F20 Full Face
ResMed AirTouch™ F20 Full Face
ResMed AirFit™ P10 Nasal Pillow
When considering another CPAP, APAP or BiPAP machine from ResMed or any other manufacturer, mask compatibility extends to all brands. The AirMini uses non-standard tubing to connect the machine to the mask, and is the primary reason why other masks won't work with the AirMini. Despite this issue, many of our customers consider the AirMini to be an excellent machine.
Are prescriptions required for mask, machine, humidifier, and EPAP purchases?
Yes. Federal law requires we have a valid prescription on file before we ship your mask, machine, humidifier, or EPAP therapy, including Provent and Bongo RX. You will also need a prescription to purchase the Nightbalance POSA device.
We provide many easy ways to get your prescription:

How often should I replace my mask?
Medicare allows for mask cushion replacement every three (3) months, and a complete mask system replacement every six (6) months. CPAP manufacturers and vendors suggest these replacement schedules as well.
In our experience, most mask cushions begin to deteriorate after about six months of use. The cushion eventually becomes too soft to hold a seal. The headgear straps lose elasticity and must be tightened more and more to get the same quality seal.
We strongly suggest replacing cushions and pillows as soon as they start to soften. Air leaks may reduce the effectiveness of CPAP therapy and headgear that is too tight may cause facial sores at pressure points. In most cases, replacement headgear is available if it is stretched out or the Velcro worn out.
To see what parts of your mask are replaceable refer to our Replacement Part Finder. Just search for your mask to see all of the replaceable parts.
How do I care for my mask?
Masks should be washed daily with warm water and gentle soap or baby shampoo. Let the mask air dry. Never use antibacterial soap as it will break down the silicone of the mask cushion. Avoid soaps that include lotion which can coat the mask and cause it to lose its seal. A safe cleaner is the Control III Disinfectant CPAP Cleaning Solution. Remember, going to bed with a clean face will improve your seal and protect the lifespan of your mask.
The best time to clean your mask is in the morning after use. This removes the oils left behind from your skin which can reduce the lifespan of your mask. We recommend using Mask Wipes to make daily morning cleaning easy. The mask wipes are made from materials that will not break down your mask.
For customers who want to completely disinfect their mask and accessories, there's an even better option than wipes. The Lumin Mask and Accessories Cleaner uses powerful UV light to disinfect, killing almost all bacteria almost instantly. It's not a cleaner and doesn't scrub or wash anything, but for simple disinfecting the Lumin works great!
Here are some other cleaning products to help with keeping your mask fresh:
The ideal CPAP mask is not noticeable to the user during CPAP therapy. If you breathe through your nose only, the nasal mask may offer the best therapy. Nasal cushions create a very good seal around your nose, while keeping a small profile. Also, nasal masks can be found in silicone, gel, foam, or cloth material. The SleepWeaver masks are the only cloth masks on the market, and are a very popular choice among nasal mask users. Lastly, most nasal masks have a forehead support which offers stability and support for the mask.

The title says it all DON'T BUY THIS MASK! I had to buy it because the one I wanted was out of stock. I could not afford to buy the return policy, so I'm stuck. It was a pain to fit and I had to put duck tape over the spot that leaks air. This is the worst mask I have ever had. DON'T BUY THIS MASK! more...

Comfortable but Loud and Leaky
I bought this based on another reviewer's comments who described have a similar type of face as mine - large straight nose, narrow nose bridge, recessed chin, high eye-teeth roots. However the reviewer bought the silicone version whereas I bought the gel.
This mask has a comfortable fit - it feels better on my face than many others. However, once I turn the machine on all benefits cease.
It's very loud with very unintelligently designed vents that blow air straight out in one direction - the loudest mask I've ever tried.
It also leaks badly for me. I am an 'active' sleeper and a side sleeper, and I thrash around a lot before I fall asleep, and all it took was rolling my head to the side a little and I had a leak.
Normally you can take care of this by tightening straps, which I did, but the problem is that the gel, though comfortable, is stiff so when you tighten you are pressing stiff silicone into your face which negates the comfort you felt at first and still doesn't seal well because its not very flexible. Plus you get marks on your face.
If you sleep with your face straight up all night and don't move, and don't mind a noisy mask, you might do fine with this and find it very comfortable. But if you are 'active' or a side sleeper, don't waste your time or money.

This mask is good value. Very comfortable when it is on, perhaps the most comfortable one I have used of a half dozen or so over the years. The one thing I'm still getting used to is the lower strap, which you buckle and then pull over a lip to hold it in place. It's just a little more awkward than a standard set-up, but a minor inconvenience. more...
