Care & Cleaning

Cleaning Instructions for the AirTouch N30i Mask Proper cleaning and care will help maintain the performance and longevity of your AirTouch N30i Nasal Cradle Mask. Follow the instructions below to ensure your mask remains clean and effective. Mask Part Replacement Schedule

  • AirTouch Cushion: Every Month
  • AirTouch Frame System: Every 3-6 Months
  • Headgear: Every 6-9 Months

Disassembling Your Mask Before cleaning, fully disassemble your mask:

  1. Remove the Cushion: Firmly pull the cushion out from both ends of the frame.
  2. Detach the QuietAir Vent: Gently peel the cushion away and slide the vent out.
  3. Remove the Headgear: Undo the fastening tabs and pull the headgear away from the frame. After detaching, close the fastening tabs to prevent damage to the fabric sleeves.
  4. Detach the Elbow: Squeeze the side buttons on the elbow and remove it from the frame.

Once disassembled, you are ready to clean your mask. Daily Cleaning The following components should be cleaned daily:

  • Cushion
  • QuietAir Vent

Cleaning Process

  1. Soak the components in warm water with a mild liquid detergent. Ensure there are no air bubbles while soaking.
  2. Hand wash the QuietAir vent with a soft bristle brush, paying special attention to the vent holes.
  3. Hand wash the cushion without a bristle brush.
  4. Rinse all components thoroughly under running water.

Drying:

  • Squeeze the fabric cushion with a clean towel to remove excess water.
  • Shake the QuietAir vent to remove excess water.
  • Leave all components to air dry out of direct sunlight.

Weekly Cleaning The following components should be cleaned weekly:

  • Frame
  • Headgear
  • Elbow

Cleaning Process

  1. Soak the components in warm water with a mild liquid detergent. Ensure there are no air bubbles while soaking.
  2. Hand wash all components using a soft bristle brush.
  3. Rinse all components thoroughly under running water.

  • Squeeze excess water from the headgear and fabric frame using a clean towel.

Reassembling Your Mask Follow these steps to put your mask back together:

  1. Reattach the Elbow: If the elbow ring was detached, reinsert it into the top of the frame. Connect the elbow into the frame until you hear a click.
  2. Attach the Headgear: With the ResMed logo facing up, insert both straps of the headgear into the frame from the inside and fold the fastening tabs over to secure them.
  3. Reinsert the QuietAir Vent: Align the tab on the cushion with the notch on the vent, then gently pull the cushion over the vent.
  4. Reconnect the Cushion: Attach the ends of the frame to the cushion, ensuring the arrows on the cushion and frame are aligned.

    Best mask for me
