SmartStart™ tip
SmartStart may not function as intended with a nasal pillow mask and a pressure setting of 7 cm H2O or less. If needed, this feature can be turned off in settings.
Tube setting reminder
The machine must be adjusted to the proper tube setting to ensure accurate therapy pressure. ClimateLineAir will automatically adapt, but for unheated tubing, you’ll need to choose between Standard (19mm) or SlimLine (15mm).
Airplane Mode notice
Airplane Mode disables myAir compatibility and over-the-air software updates. If you want to use myAir update your machine, you’ll need to turn Airplane Mode off.

Easy Setup
I purchased my AirSense 10 about 8-9 years ago and it still works perfectly. Easy to use, very reliable, quietest machine I've used (out of 5 different ones, from ResMed and other manufacturers).
Three years ago, CPAP.com had them on sale for $500 so I bought a second one, for car travel and for a backup in case the first one dies (it hasn't yet). I have an AirSense Mini for air travel, but I do frequent car trips and I like the 10 because it's much quieter than the Mini and, while the Mini does a very good job with therapy and humidification given its tiny size, the 10 is better.
I can't recommend the Mini. When I first bought it, it seemed like a miracle. The therapy was very good, the humidification using the included discs was perfectly adequate and a good trade-off for portability. It was noisier than the full size machine, but I got used to it and again, it's a good trade-off. Unfortunately, I no longer works after 7 years. 7 years of life would be okay for a machine you use every day, but I only used the Mini when traveling by plane, which is 3 times a year for about 4-5 days each. So, I've used the machine 15 days a year for 7 years and then it stops working, that's not enough usage to justify the cost IMHO.
Anyway, you're reading this because you're considering a 10 and I wholeheartedly recommend it. They are super quiet, reliable, and last forever. The 11's water tank is prone to spilling or leaks unless you handle it extremely carefully, and the…

I have used the AirFit Nasal CPAP Mask for years with 2 other machines. While I have always been happy with this mask it works the best it ever has with the ResMed AirSense 10 AutoSet CPAP Machine. It took a couple of nights to get everything adjusted the way I like it which is normal for me. I have been using the new machine every night for almost 3 weeks and it has worked flawlessly. Thanks to the auto adjust pressure I am sleeping all night. Great sale price and quick ship.
I was looking for a quiet, easy to adjust CPAP to replace an older unit. This filled the bill.
I am EMF sensitive and a key requirement is to disable WiFi/Bluetooth transmission, especially when located near my head. This model allows airplane mode which meets that need. It has a clinical grade sleep report but it's hidden a few steps deeper into the clinical menu. It's accessible but would be nice if it were directly available. The unit is quiet, better than my old machine. I'm happy with my selection. My AHI, Total AI and Central AI have all improved, especially after "dialing in" my settings to a tighter range than my original prescription. Very worth it to get help with accessing the settings. My sleep has improved. The help at CPAP.com was very helpful.
