The replacement Elbow and Hose Swivel for the Mirage Micro, Mirage SoftGel and Mirage Activa LT Nasal CPAP Masks is made of molded plastic and is not compatible with any other mask.

The elbow and hose swivel are the main point of contact between the hose and the rest of the mask, and should be replaced if damaged or broken.

The part that this replaced had a locking O-Ring inside the mask that kept it securely fastened. This model does not and relies on a "click-fit" that comes undone during normal tossing and turning of a night. Its very annoying to have to feel around in the dark to refasten this thing to the mask. It disturbs my sleep even more than just the typical waking up because I have to concentrate and focus to refasten it. Bad design.
