The Bella Loop wraps around the ears and connects directly to the nasal pillows to provide the same secure fit you’d get from traditional headgear without a strap that wraps around your head.

These Bella loops are all I use for headgear. Easy to slip in and out of them and my hair does not get destroyed by bulky over-the-head gear. The only con is they tend to loose their elasticity in about 4 - 5 months and need to be replaced more often than my insurance allows. cpap.com has been a great help in sending this product to me at a price I can manage. I like these ear loops. They're comfortable and easy to sleep in. I recommend using covers on the ear loops because the silicone straps irritated my ears. The only negative issue I have is waking up to a "100% mask seal failure" report on my CPAP machine, likely caused by the nasal pillows getting jostled out of my nose as I sleep. I am going to go back to the Swift FX head gear after these wear out.
