EPAP fit & safety at a glance

EPAP therapy isn’t for everyone. Bongo Rx is designed for people with mild to moderate Obstructive Sleep Apnea (AHI 5–30) who can breathe through the nose and typically need low–moderate CPAP pressures.

You’ll get the best results if you keep your mouth closed during sleep or support it with a chinstrap. Bongo Rx isn’t recommended if you’re a habitual mouth breather, have severe OSA, require high CPAP pressures, or experience ongoing sinus issues, significant nasal blockage, severe respiratory or heart conditions, or chronically low blood pressure.

    So far so very good

    I purchased this for my mild/moderate sleep apnea for when I'm traveling more than 2 days from home.

    A relative recommended it for me, and I'm so glad she did.

    I slept very well the first and kept at the next 2 nights and woke up once and fell to sleep easily .

    I think it is a good invention and I'm super glad to have moved on it.

    Air Avant Medical Bongo-😖

    The Bongo has not been effective. I would like to have a refund, however, that will never happen. This was a waste.

    I believe the Bongo should be taken off the market. The Bongo doesn’t keep track of your breathing, oxygen or events. So, you (or your physician) are not even able to track the results, or lack thereof!

    Trial Bongo Rx

    Recently had a sleep test that showed mild OSA. I’d been using a CPAP machine since OSA was much worse. Decided to give BongoRX starter kit a try. Took me a few days to find correct nasal size and now getting used to how it works. So much better than than CPAP! After a few more weeks of trial I hope to eventually order regular yearly kit.

    Hard to get used to

    I've tried this for a week and am still not sure it's fitting well. I haven't slept through the night yet without it falling out. The head strap hurts my nostrils.
