Opus 360 Nasal Pillow CPAP Mask

Everything you need to know about the Opus 360 Nasal Pillow Mask

Featherlight, open-view comfort

At under two ounces, the Opus 360 is one of the lightest nasal pillow masks available. Its minimal-contact frame clears your eyes and nose bridge, helping reduce pressure points and feelings of claustrophobia while keeping your line of sight open.

  • Minimal touchpoints help reduce red marks
  • Clear field of vision for bedtime reading
  • Lightweight design feels less intrusive

360° hose control, your way

The Opus 360 adapts to your sleep style with a ball-and-socket tube connection that moves freely as you do. Anchor the hose at the top, route it to the side, or leave it free—your seal stays steady while you turn.

  • Ball-and-socket joint for smooth 360° movement
  • Removable anchors provide optional stability
  • Slim short tube reduces drag on the mask

Fit made simple

Setup and adjustments stay quick with one-size headgear and six Velcro fit tabs for micro-adjustments. A hidden strap release preserves your fit for easy on/off, while the Fit Pack includes three pillow sizes so you can confirm your best seal at home.

  • Universal frame and one-size headgear
  • Small, medium, and large pillows included
  • Soft support pads provide gentle stability

    LEaky and Uncomfortabe

It seemed a good idea with the hose coming infrom the top. I hopes it would reduce some of the tugging when I moved. Nope, just tugs in a different direction. I ended up having to tighten the straps so much the plastic parts weredigging into my cheeks. Awful. I went back to my old one.
