I am a picky CPAP user and when I found this mask and used it, I was pleasantly surprised. It doesnt feel like you choke and it covers your nose nicely. I will say you have to reseat the nose gel part to endure it is clipped good. As usual the equipment is packaged well and delivered swiftly as CPAP. Com always does. Unfortunately I understand this mask is going away, so as a precaution I ordered replacement parts to ensure I can use this mask in the future. And I do always clean it daily and follow recommended cleaning for tubes humidifier etc.
Been using Cpap full face for20+years.. If you like consitancy, good customer service, good product, you're in the right.place. haven't had a complaint yet!!!
all I needed were the clips. ridiculous to have to buy the full frame for 2 lousy clips
The clip on my husbandโs mask had broken and since that particular mask is no longer being made he thought he would have to find another one and spend sleepless nights getting used to it. The woman who answered the phone was so helpful and assisted by finding the correct frame assembly so he is able to continue using the mask he is familiar with. We are thankful for this site which provides items that are no longer available elsewhere. And also for people who are well trained in customer service support!
