Good basic machine, my third or fourth one from this manufacturer. It doesn't have some of the bells and whistles of higher-priced machines, but it also doesn't stink to high heaven like the Resmed that I sent back. This model's water chamber is easy to check the water level and fill. (Can't say the same for the III, which I returned because it took the strength of Godzilla to remove and replace the water chamber.

Great sleep with this machine. I had been using a very old machine that aged out and was throwing the 'over hours' error. This has been a life saver. No issues with daily use over the last month.
I have even better results with Luna II than my previous AirSense 10. I like the automatic features of Luna's APAP where it changes pressures as needed. Also, it is easier to use Luna II without the humidifier when I have to travel and can't take distilled water. It's helpful that my Air 10 hose works with Luna II, and although Luna is wider than Air 10, it's shorter and I like the case it comes with better.
