I've used Pilairo for many years, and I decided to try the Nova Micro Nasal Pillow Mask. It was wonderful, and it leaves less marks on my face!
My favorite mask by far! The minimal headgear is like ,sleeping without a cpap yet is amazingly stable. The nasal pillows are so much softer than the P10. I feel that I get better therapy with pillows rather than nasal cradle but hadn’t found comfortable nasal pillows until this mask. Now my number one!

Ive been using CPAP for 15+ yrs. It's been a steady progression of machines and masks with improvements coming to both. For price and Value I would say Fisher Paykel has done very well. I decided to try the new Micro mask to see how it compared to my P10. The Micro mask ir pillows are the softest and they actually inflate when the system starts and create a seal that is very effective. My only reason for giving the Micro 4 vs 5 stars is that the headgear is creating stick-up hair on the sides and a hair divot on the top. The straps are narrow and there doesn't seem to be a commercial option to change their position or to widen them and smooth things. It is important to not get the straps "overly tight" as that tends to defeat the fantastic pillow seal that makes this mask so great. So even with a looser fit it still creates hair issues to try to resolve in the morning. Any ideas for me? Lastly the Micro's exhaust ports dampen the exhaust very well and that helps make it much quieter for my wife. For reference I sleep with an 8-12 setting mostly staying 8-10. I turn often side and back.
I've tried a LOT of masks over the years, and for me, this is far and away the best. I've been using it for over a year now and it is SO comfortable. Prior to this I was using the Airfit P10, which I still have to use with my AirMini when traveling. The Nova Micro is less irritating to my nostrils, and I have almost no air leaks, which was sometimes a problem with the P10. Also love the more adjustable head straps on the Nova Micro. Great mask!
