At a glance—what to clean and when

• Clean after each use (daily):
  Cushion and frame assembly (includes the flexible short tube).
  (Remove the diffuser before washing the frame/short tube; set the diffuser aside to stay dry.)
  
• Clean weekly:
  Headgear, diffuser/vent cover, and a deep clean of the frame assembly and optional tube clip (if used).
  

Daily (after each use)

1. Take off the mask and unclip the headgear from the frame.
2. Separate the cushion from the frame assembly. Remove the diffuser from the vent and set it aside (do not wash the diffuser daily).
3. Wash the cushion and frame/short tube in warm, soapy water (mild dish soap). Swish for up to 10 minutes—don’t soak longer.
4. Rinse under running water until all soap is gone.
5. Air-dry completely out of direct sunlight.

Weekly (deep clean)

1. Fully disassemble for cleaning: remove the cushion, detach the headgear, take off the diffuser, and unhook the optional tube clip if you use it.
2. Wash cushion, frame/short tube, headgear, diffuser, and tube clip in warm, soapy water (mild dish soap). Limit soak to 10 minutes.
3. Rinse thoroughly so no suds remain.
4. Inspect parts; if residue remains, rewash and rinse.
5. Air-dry completely out of direct sunlight before reassembly.

Reassembly (when fully dry)

1. Press the cushion evenly onto the frame until it seats all the way around.
2. Attach the headgear to both clips and pull gently until you feel them latch.
3. Press the diffuser/vent cover back onto the vent until it sits flush.
4. Reinstall the optional tube clip on the top strap if you use it.

Do & don’t

• Do clean with mild dish soap and water only.
• Don’t use alcohol, bleach, chlorine, moisturizers, antibacterial agents, or ozone devices—these can damage materials.
• Don’t machine-wash or put parts in the dishwasher.
• Don’t share your mask.

Replacement cadence (typical)

• Cushion: every 1–3 months or at the first signs of wear or persistent leaks.
• Headgear: about every 6 months (earlier if stretched).
• Mask Frame/short tube: every 6-12 months.
