These pads are soft and comfortable however, I didn't order them for comfort. I wanted to take up space between my (too big, non-adjustable) mask frame and my face. It works to a certain extent, but the mask (Philips Dreamwear) is still too big and slips on my face.

The frame of the Wisp mask I use was leaving marks on my face after I sleep on my side. This seemed like a good product to try and I am happy with the result. The pads don't protect my face from all marks but in the morning, I have to look closely to find the indentation. Overall, I would recommend these cheek pads. Also, the pads are very soft which takes away the medical feel of the mask.
