Minimal-contact comfort with a stable, stay-put seal

Choose your frame

Pick the frame that fits your skin and routine. The Wisp offers a soft fabric frame (reversible plush/suede sides) for sensitive skin, or a sleek silicone frame that wipes clean in seconds—both use the same minimal-contact cushion.

  • Fabric frame: gentle, fewer red marks
  • Silicone frame: smooth, easy to clean
  • Same lightweight feel either way
  • Minimal-contact nasal cushion for a natural fit
  • Headgear available in standard or large

Fits your nightly routine

No forehead bar means a clear line of sight. Read, watch, or wear glasses while you settle in—without that boxed-in feeling.

  • Forehead-free design, compact cushion
  • Glasses-friendly, great for readers
  • Helps reduce claustrophobia
  • Optional short-tube assembly helps cut hose pull

Quick fit, reliable seal

The Wisp uses a small nasal cushion that seals around your nose. Soft, flexible silicone moves with you, so you can keep the straps looser and still stay leak-free through the night.

  • Minimal-contact cushion
  • Flexible edge holds seal in place
  • Multiple cushion sizes to dial in fit
  • 4-point headgear creates stable fit
  • Stays put for side/back sleepers
Sizing

Finding your cushion size

This product includes standard-sized headgear plus three cushion sizes (small/medium, large, and extra large) to ensure a truly personalized fit, making it easy to find your perfect mask fit.

Your mask will come with instructions to guide you through this process. If you experience regular mask leaks, we suggest trying a different cushion size. Keep in mind that you should not need to overtighten your headgear to get a secure mask seal.

Compatibility

The Wisp Nasal CPAP mask is compatible with standard tubing and CPAP machines. However, it is not compatible on its own with the AirMini. To use the Wisp with the AirMini, you'll need to purchase the Zephair Universal Adapter.

FAQs about the Wisp Nasal Mask With Old Silicone Frame

What’s the difference between the wisp and the Dreamwisp?

Both masks are nasal masks and have just minor form and function differences. The Wisp gives you the option to personalize your CPAP therapy with silicone or fabric wraps. The DreamWisp has a top-of-the-head hose connection while the Wisp lets you decide if you want to mount the hose on the top of your head or not. Both masks give you the freedom to move—active sleepers rejoice!

Is the wisp CPAP mask compatible with any machine?

The Wisp can be used with any standard-sized tubing, which applies to virtually every CPAP, BiPAP, and APAP machine with the exception of the ResMed AirMini Travel CPAP. The Wisp can be used with the AirMini using the Zephair Tube Adapter.

If I wear glasses, can I wear the Respironics wisp CPAP mask?

Although it does provide an open line of sight, the Wisp CPAP Mask from Philips Respironics isn’t a great option for those who wear glasses since the frame would interfere with the position of your glasses, but the Evora Nasal CPAP Mask from Fisher & Paykel is a similar mask ideal for spectacled users.

Can I replace the wisp nasal CPAP mask cushion?

Absolutely! Replacement parts for your Wisp Nasal CPAP Mask can be found in the "Replacement Parts" tab, including cushionsmask framesheadgear clips, and more. Your cushion should be replaced every three to six months or sooner if the cushion has visible wear and tear.

Can I wear the wisp nasal CPAP mask if I am a side sleeper?

Yes, this mask is a great option for side sleepers, active sleepers, and those with petite facial structures.

Is the wisp nasal CPAP mask facial hair friendly?

The low-profile design of the Wisp can accommodate facial hair.
