It reads your breathing in real time, adjusts pressure to what you need, and keeps things quiet so you (and your bed partner) can sleep. Dependable features, proven results–AirSense 10 AutoSet

Comfort that adapts to you

Your breathing changes through the night—your CPAP should, too. AirSense 10 adjusts in real time and softens pressure as you exhale, so therapy feels smooth from the first night.

  • AutoSet algorithm matches your needs breath-by-breath
  • EPR lowers pressure on exhale for easier breathing
  • AutoRamp™ starts low, then steps up after you fall asleep
  • Gentle pressure changes reduce wake-ups

Built-in moisture

Dry mouth and stuffy nose don’t have to be part of CPAP. The heated humidifier (and optional heated tube) add steady moisture and warmth to keep you comfortable.

  • Integrated heated humidifier helps prevent dryness
  • Optional ClimateLineAir™ tube limits rainout
  • Climate Control can auto-manage temp and humidity
  • Warmup mode preheats water before bedtime

Therapy made easy

No guesswork here. Pair to the myAir™ app for guided setup, nightly sleep scores, and easy tips to keep you on track.

  • Bluetooth + myAir™ for coaching and how-tos
  • Mask Fit check helps you fix leaks fast
  • SmartStart/Stop begins therapy when you breathe
  • Quiet motor (\~27 dBA) for bedroom-friendly nights
Features

Auto-adjusting pressure changes The AirSense 10 AutoSet analyzes each breath and delivers the lowest pressure necessary to prevent sleep apnea. This smart technology makes breathing easier, especially during cold, flu, or allergy seasons, ensuring comfortable and effective therapy all year round. MyAir companion app Stay engaged with your therapy using the myAir app. It offers daily insights, coaching videos, and personalized scores to help you track progress. Users of the app enjoy an extra hour of sleep on average and are 18% more likely to use their CPAP regularly. Pressure relief for easier breathing Experience more natural breathing with EPR. This feature automatically detects when you exhale and slightly lowers the air pressure, reducing the feeling of air resistance and making your therapy more comfortable. Drift off to sleep with AutoRamp Fall asleep more easily with the Ramp function. It starts your therapy at a lower pressure and gradually increases to your prescribed setting as you drift off, easing your transition into sleep each night. Heated humidification eases dryness Prevent dry throat, congestion, and soreness with the built-in heated humidifier and included heated tubing. These features allow precise control of air temperature and moisture levels, ensuring consistent comfort in any climate. Note: Climate Control cannot be turned on unless you are using the ClimateLine Heated Hose that is included with your order. Put your mask on and start with AutoStart Enjoy hassle-free therapy with AutoStart. This convenient feature automatically begins your treatment when you put on your mask and take a breath, eliminating the need to manually start your machine each night. Quiet technology is perfect for light sleepers Rest peacefully with the AirSense 10's exceptionally quiet performance. Even at its highest pressure settings, this machine operates silently, ensuring undisturbed sleep for both you and your bed partner.
