The new frame replacement is terrific, unfortunately the magnetic clips weren't included in my package, so thankfully I still had my old ones that I was able to use.
Be sure to check the size you have chosen as there are small and large. My original frame was standard. I had checked for the small size, but something must have reverted to large when I placed my order. I noticed the size difference in my order conformation. I did have the size changed by speaking with someone on the chat, unfortunately that was after the AI assistant told me it couldn't be done and to cancel the order and make a new order. I did this and then it showed I had 2 orders. I tried to cancel one of the orders immediately through an online chat as well as by telephone and they both told me it could not be done. The woman on the phone told me to just refuse the one package and it will be returned. I did that, but I haven't had anything yet about a refund or that they have received the return yet.
