Frame that fits
I've been having trouble finding the right size headcare. A provider told me about the f30i but was looking for large head gear . As it turns out this model does not have large headgear but it did have a larger frame. Ordered it and it works perfectly.

You can size down
I could not get a good fit. I needed the smaller size, but my insurance said just 2 masks to start. What's a lady to do? Buy direct. It came. It fit. I slept.

I was very pleased and will shop here again
The clip on my frame broke and I needed a new one ASAP. The DME contracted with my insurance would not return my calls, and I saw on the subreddit that many were pleased with this place. I ordered the frame and got it within a few days! Also the price was phenomenal! It was only a little more than my co-pay with my insurance because the contracted DME charged THREE TIMES as much as cpap.com. And was SO much less hassle.

Small still too big
This is a great mask system. The frame and small wide cushion are comfortable, easy to wash and dry but because I got far too many leaks despite multiple adjustments with the size small I had to switch to a small Phillips Dreamwear which for me has a better general fit.
