Sleep shouldn’t depend on a wall outlet. Zopec Explore Mini is a ~1 lb, carry-on-friendly CPAP battery that keeps your therapy going on flights, road trips, and through outages—then recharges fast, so it’s ready again the next night.

Under the hood, it has an AutoSwitch UPS to take over during power outages, USB-C fast charging (about 1.5–2 hrs), and smart CPAP cables for popular machines like AirSense 10/11, AirMini, and Luna G3.

  • Fly confident: FAA carry-on compliant (under 160 Wh capacity).
  • Backup battery: built-in UPS/AutoSwitch.
  • Fast turnaround: USB-C PD recharges in ~1.5–2 hrs.
  • Ultra-packable: about 1 lb; travel pouch included.
  • Out-of-the-box compatibility: Includes cables for AirSense 10/11, AirMini, & Luna G3.
  • Real-world runtime: typically 1–2 nights with humidifier/heated tube off (varies by settings).

FAQs about the Zopec Explore Mini CPAP Battery

Can the Zopec Explore batteries be used as an automatic backup during a power outage?

Yes, all Zopec Explore batteries feature AutoSwitch technology, which allows them to function as an automatic backup power source. When plugged into a wall outlet, they will keep your CPAP machine running during a power outage by seamlessly switching to battery power without any interruption to your therapy.

Are the Zopec Explore batteries FAA approved for air travel?

The Zopec Explore Mini (97 Wh), Explore 4000 (120 Wh), and Explore 5500/5700 (160 Wh) models are FAA approved for air travel and can be carried in your carry-on luggage. However, the Explore 8000 (288 Wh) and Explore Oxygen (576 Wh) both exceed the FAA's maximum capacity limit of 160 Wh and cannot be taken on an airplane.

Is the Zopec Explore battery series compatible with all CPAP machines?

Yes, with the exception of the Zopec Explore Mini, Zopec Explore batteries are designed to be compatible with all CPAP, BiPAP, and ASV machines. They feature universal AC outlets and USB ports, making them versatile for powering various devices. They also use a pure sine wave power signal, making them safe to use even with older PAP devices.

How should I store and maintain a Zopec Explore battery for occasional use, such as camping?

For occasional use, like camping, it's best to fully charge the Zopec Explore battery every six months while not in use to prevent the battery from degrading over time. Store in a cool, dry area. Since Explore series batteries act as uninterruptible power supplies, it is also a good idea to connect your machine to the battery and plug the battery into your usual AC wall outlet. This way, the battery will always be charged when you need it AND it will automatically take over in the event of a power outage without interruptions to your therapy.

Useful and convenient. I get at least two nights on it with my Airsense 11 without humidifier and heated tube at a pressure of 10. I use it as a UPS (backup if the power goes out) and a quick way to bring my Airsense 11 out to the living room to sleep on the couch with our pup. I also have used it on my AirMini and it appears I could get three nights on it

Super premium. Comes with a nice compact 65W GaN charger, a bag, a USB-C cable, and in/out cables for two CPAPs.

Battery itself weighs 537g. Stays on until you turn it off.

With an appropriate cable it delivers 19. 56V and 58W to a laptop, which is solidly a 65W PD connection, and as good as the wall charger.
