This little filter mounts on top of the disposable filter at the back of my machine. They occasionally come loose and fall on the floor behind the night stand and get sucked into the vacuum. I tried a temp fix by cutting a piece of Scotch Brite to the right dimension, but these work better because they allow the right airflow for my machine' design.
Effective filters and fast shipment.
These are decent filters for the price.
good item
very good fit and comfortable
I actually wrote cpap.com to ask why, for the first time in 10 years of ordering supplies, there was a hole (of perfect hole punch size) in the corner of both bags of black filters. (Living in the first pandemic epicenter in the US, I was very concerned about contamination. I also remembered, from my long-ago dept store retail days, that bags used to be hole-punched to fit on a metal rod for more accessible storage.) Anyway, a company rep replied that the hole was to prevent prevent possible mold from humidity. Really? In this day and age? And during a pandemic of air-bourne disease? I also asked why the new product was labelled from Mexico (I have never received ANY product from cpap.com with info on the bag indicating a foreign country as source of origin), and the rep wrote that prior to this time, the black filters were made in China. However, if I recall correctly, NOT noting a foreign country as source of a product is illegal in the U.S. I still haven't opened either bag of black filters and was told I could return them. But that would cost ME. And where else was I supposed to buy black filters for my machine? She also reminded me I could wash the filters. Well, duh. As if I would LIKE to have to clean brand new unopened product. And those black filters are expensive. I do still have the unmarked, unidentified packing from prior orders of black filters, awa as both unopened hole-punched bags received this year with black filters inside. This just isn't right. Something is wrong here. And I'll be very interested to see if this comment gets published.
CPAP.com does a great job of keeping every kind of filter in stock and shipping them out quickly. A/C units these days can’t filter as well as the older versions and having cats can make for a dusty home. No matter how often we dust, these filters keep out the tiniest of particles.
