  1. Telehealth Consultation: Answer a few questions and meet with a licensed doctor to confirm HST is right for you.
  2. Complete Setup: Once approved, your test will arrive in 2-3 days. When it does, you will download the WatchPAT app to complete setup.
  3. Take the Test: When you're ready for bed, just attach the 3-piece device and start recording in the app. When you wake up, end the test and submit your data.
  4. View Your Results: A licensed doctor will review your results, and a report will be emailed to you within 2-3 days.
  5. Get a Prescription: Those diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea will be offered a care plan, such as prescriptions for CPAP or oral appliances.

The HST relies on patented technology to measure changes inside the blood vessels of your fingertips, called peripheral arterial tone (PAT). WatchPat then compares those PAT changes with your snoring, body movements, and other vital signs to accurately detect when you’re asleep and identify sleep apnea events.

Once you've completed your home sleep test, your results are sent to a licensed physician to review the test's findings and confirm your diagnosis.
