The M Series Pro is a small and feature packed CPAP that looks more like a stylish clock radio than a CPAP.
It easily packs away in your carry on luggage, and has an incredible number of high-tech features, including the patented C-Flex comfort feature, and powerful clinical data features, onboard.
The M Series Pro with C-Flex offers optional integrated humidification, Encore Pro SmartCard capability for advanced clinical reporting, lighted controls, an easy-to-read display and the comfort of C-Flex.
The M Series Pro sports a small, sleek device and case, a less obtrusive profile with tubing connected in the back and a "hidden" water chamber.
The Pro offers lighted primary touch controls for power, ramp, and C-Flex as well as a LCD display and controls for easy set up.
The humidifier controls have been simplified and now include an easy turn humidification dial. A water chamber that is easy to remove, fill and replace
delivers continuous humidification throughout the night.
The M Series Pro is convenient for travel with or without the integrated humidifier. The standard travel carry case has been updated with additional compartments and sleek design.

Power Options
Universal Power
The M Series Pro operates automatically between 110v – 240v AC. When traveling either inside or outside the USA, there are no switches to switch or fuses to change. The machine will automatically sense what voltage is needed and set itself to run on the power needed.
The user will need to adapt the plug that goes into the wall to fit the style of outlet socket that is being used. This is simply done with a Power Adapter Plug kit. This is the same type of plug adapter that would be used with a hair dryer or an electric shaver.
The M Series Pro comes equipped with a DC plug on the back of the unit. This allows the user to connect the CPAP to an external DC battery source.
Using a Respironics, 12volt DC Power Cord the M Series Remstar Plus can be powered by plugging into a cigarette lighter plug. This is ideal for traveling by car, boat, or recreational vehicle that is equipped with a cigarette lighter plug.
It is recommended that you use a 100 amp hour, 12v DC deep cycle marine battery for operating you CPAP machine when not connected to 110v AC /230v AC.
There are two cables needed to configure the M Series Plus with a Marine Deep Cycle Battery. They fit together to make a connection from the back of the M Series Remstar Plus to the battery clip terminals on the marine battery.
Here are the links to the cables needed to hook up to a marine style battery. Both cables are needed.
The Respironics Battery Pack has been a long standing favorite of our customer’s. It weighs in at 13lbs and can be carried easily with its shoulder strap.
This battery pack will give roughly 26 hours of use, depending on the cpap pressure setting. (Results may vary.)

User Reviews
Outstanding machine
February 25, 2010
(5 out of 5) by Gerry M, WA
"This machine replaces an older model (8yrs) and has shown to be a far superior product. I like the fact that it is in two pieces rather than one. This means that when I travel I can carry the lighter part with me in my carry on and pack the heavier power supply in the suit case. Also, the C-Flex feature makes this machine usuable all night (8hr) versus just a few hours a night without this feature. Without this feature the tendency is to not wear the mask all night. However, this C-Flex feature makes exhaling into the CPAP very easy and relaxing which allows me to wear it all night - and sleep! It is also proving to be a very quiet machine."
M Series Pro C-Flex CPAP Machine

(5 out of 5) by David S, Parker, CO
"The machine is nice and compact. Although quiet when you just plug the hole, it makes more noise when you actually use it with a humidifier - but not too bad. The unit is easy to operate and does the job with ease. The price is great from CPAP.com."
Easy to Use
January 17, 2010
(4 out of 5) by David W, CO
"Easy to set up and use. Push one button if you want to turn on and off. Fairly small footprint. Hose exits rear of unit which is nice.
This is the 4th M Series Pro C-Flex I have owned. The first one lasted 18 months. Then in lieu of a new one under warranty the supplier (not CPAP.COM) sent me refurbished units. The first refurbished unit failed in 2 months and the second refurbished unit failed immediately. The supplier then sent a different brand but it didn't work here in the Colorado winter because the humidifier produces a warm mist that condenses too easily in the tubing when cold. That's why I went back to this unit. It produces more humidity at a lower temperature. I hope that this machine lasts."
A User Friendly Machine

"I purchased this machine with humidifier. I'm replacing a M series plus machine with this model. This machine is software ready where my other model was not. I like the size and quietness of machine. Very easy to use this machine. I'm happy with purchase."
REM star PRO series M
September 26, 2009
(5 out of 5) by David B, Dudley, MA
"The REMstar Pro series M CPAP machine works very well. The auto start feature works well unlike my previous
machine. The smaller size is great for placement on a night stand and the adjustable humidifier is much nicer
than having all or nothing for a choice. My only issue is that the blue lights for the control buttons give off more light at night than I care for. All things said I'm very happy with my purchase."
