Where do I find the size?
You'll be able to locate the size of the nasal prong cushion by looking at the cushion.
To find the size of the cushion, turn the mask to view the back of the nasal prong cushion. Just below the prongs, locate small text embossed into the silicone material. Once you've located the text, look to the right of the prong. The large, embossed letter indicating the size of the nasal prong cushion is located on the silicone that connects to the tubing on the right side of the mask. If the letter is difficult to read, remove the tubing from the silicone connection points to get a better view.

Masks should be washed daily with warm water and gentle soap or baby shampoo. Let the mask air dry. Never use antibacterial soap as it will break down the silicone of the mask cushion. Avoid soaps that include lotion which can coat the mask and cause it to lose its seal. A safe cleaner is the Control III Disinfectant CPAP Cleaning Solution. Remember, going to bed with a clean face will improve your seal and protect the lifespan of your mask.
The best time to clean your mask is in the morning after use. This removes the oils left behind from your skin which can reduce the lifespan of your mask. We recommend using Mask Wipes to make daily morning cleaning easy. The mask wipes are made from materials that will not break down your mask.
For customers who want to completely disinfect their mask and accessories, there's an even better option than wipes. The Lumin Mask and Accessories Cleaner uses powerful UV light to disinfect, killing almost all bacteria almost instantly. It's not a cleaner and doesn't scrub or wash anything, but for simple disinfecting the Lumin works great!

This mask doesn't work at all. It is stiff like a board and can not help ANYBODY sleep in any position. It is not working for me. As a matter of fact I tried it out and am very disappointed. I had to go and get a flexible mask with a nasal pillow in a clinic here in Colombia.
Way to loud. Size c fit but were too short. Kept popping out. Size b way too tight which caused discomfort. Back to wisp.
It took me multiple tries to mount the headgear. The process was not intuitive, nor was it described in the accompanying documentation. I tried the mask on. It was so obviously uncomfortable for me and had such a poor seal I just threw it in the trash unused.
I ordered this nose piece in hopes that it would be similar to Nasal Aire II set up that I've been using for the past 6 months. The sizing chart shows small to large but there is no comparison to the Nasal Aire II sizes. I wasted enough money on nose pieces that do not fit properly. At this point I am going to look elsewhere to purchase my cpap needs.
The strapping is flimsy and hard to stay in place and the nasal prongs are uncomfortable. Air blows into mouth and the tubing is in the way......
So far, I love it. It bothers me a little bit on account of the nasal inserts, but I feel so much more unrestricted now when in bed. I am able to read, even wearing my glasses.
I LOVE this mask. We have been using it for over 2 yrs now and it's a lifesaver for people on the ventilator 24 hrs a day. Some of our children will not wear anything else!
