"Not a whole lot to write on this product. Worked for 2 nights of camping at 15cm. probably about 15-16 hours and showed no sign of slowing down. did not notice any drop in pressure as i have seen previous reviews indicate or worry about.. PLEASE NOTE you must purchase additional cord for cig lighter attachment. Came with fuses and charging cord but no way to attach, though i beleive the website shows you the exact cord and gives you a bundle discount which is cool. CPAP.com has been very helpful when i had card processing issues, and has always been good with shipping and packaging things well."
Respironics Battery Pack

"I ordered this battery pack the two days before we left on a camping trip and did get the battery charged and despite bringing everything with me including everything that was packed with it and the instruction book I could not get it to work. It was not clear to me that I had to install the fuse in the connection from the battery to the Cpap machine. Maybe if there were something brightly colored telling me that it had to be installed would help. Maybe I just did not have enough time. Anyway I ended up taking it to my medical equipment provider (45 miles away) who figured out what was wrong.
Hope to plan another camping (tents) trip later this summer and will be ready next time!"

"My Respironics Battery Pack took about 6 hours to initially charge. Since then, it works like a charm, providing power for 2 nights sleep (and then some). It is now part of my camping gear!!"
Works Great!

"I originally had some difficulty with the battery pack - perhaps I didn't have a full charge on it, or it could be because I didn't understand I needed to hit the reset button in order to get the alarm on the Bi-Pap to turn off - but once I'd figured that out, it worked great! I just used it last night as a test run for when we'll be out of town, and it ran like a charm all night long."
Great product, but you need to know....

"The battery pack arrived a couple days after ordering (quick). A nice package, all pieces appear top quality. I purchased the unit so I could go camping with my son (and the cubscouts). I used it (at home) with my humidifyer turned off- it lasted two nights (16 hours) with no problems. It took a few hours to charge at first. Set up was easy.
The one thing I wish I knew was that the cord which connects my Respronics machine to the battery pack is not included in the package. The package only includes the parts required to charge the battery. So you'll have to have a power inverter (seems inefficient, I'm not sure this would work) or purchase separately a power cord (e.g. http://www.cpap.com/productpage/respironics-12volt-dc-power-cord.html), which is what I did. This added a few days to the time before I could test it out, but I ordered the DC power cord and put it all together and things worked beautifully.
I'm very satisfied with the product and the service from cpap.com."
