US Expediters, LLC. (CPAP.com), its staff, and its owners reserve sole and final judgment as to all matters concerning giveaways and interpretation of giveaway rules. By entering any giveaway run by CPAP.com, you agree to abide by the following terms.

No purchase is necessary to enter our giveaways. Only one (1) giveaway entry per person, per giveaway unless otherwise stated. Giveaway entrants must be over 18 years of age and a legal resident of the contiguous United States. Residents of the state of Rhode Island are not permitted to enter this giveaway per state law requirements. Upon registration, entrants will be subscribed to the CPAP.com newsletter list. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time. The email address provided at registration must be associated with your CPAP.com account. You may create a CPAP.com account here. Keep your email address and contact phone number current. If we cannot contact you by phone or email, you forfeit your winners status. Lack of response to notification email within 24 hours of time of send will constitute giveaway item forfeiture. Make sure your email spam filters do not prevent us from contacting you.

  • Rhode Island is excluded from the giveaway (state laws in regards to sweepstakes and giveaways).
  • Must live or have the item shipped to a valid US address.
  • Must promptly respond to our outreach to confirm your address (48 hours to respond or we move to next random draw).
  • Winner selection will be randomized and checked for the requirements noted above, and then contacted via phone.  

A winner will be drawn and notified on the last day of the drawing month, every other month, or every 60 days. The odds of winning vary from giveaway to giveaway due to the number of entrants and the quality of entries. Winner selection and notification will take place within 24 hours of the conclusion of the giveaway. All drawing winners will be notified once by phone and email. If we cannot reach you by phone and no response is received to the email sent within 48 hours, the winner forfeits his/her giveaway item. If selected as the winner, a CPAP.com account with a valid prescription on file will be required. The decisions made by CPAP.com regarding each giveaway are final and binding. Winner will be selected at random from qualified entrants by CPAP.com.

If an email returns undeliverable, the winner forfeits his/her rights to the giveaway item. While we do send emails requesting follow-up information to each winner, CPAP.com assumes no responsibility to ensure winner response.

By entering, participants warrant and represent that they agree to be bound by these giveaway rules and the final decisions of CPAP.com. Giveaway is open to residents of the contiguous United States only. Void in Alaska, Hawaii and where prohibited by law. Giveaway entrants must have a valid prescription on file at the time of drawing to be eligible to win any product where prescriptions are required. For CPAP machine giveaways, a valid CPAP Machine prescription must be on file at the time of winner selection. For CPAP mask giveaways, a valid CPAP mask prescription must be on file at the time of winner selection. Giveaway entrants must have or open a CPAP.com account in order to submit their current CPAP prescriptions. All taxes on any giveaway item won are the sole responsibility of each winner, including, without limitation, any federal, state, or local taxes, which may be deemed applicable in such winner’s jurisdiction of residence. Winner(s) shall be solely responsible for the reporting and payment of all taxes incurred by acceptance and use of the prize(s) (or any portion thereof), if applicable. All giveaway items will be mailed to contiguous U.S. participants free of charge. CPAP.com reserves the right to cancel giveaways at any time for any reason. CPAP.com reserves the right to modify the dates and/or terms of giveaways at any time without prior notice. CPAP.com reserves the right to substitute alternate giveaway items of equal or comparable value. Giveaway items are offered “as is” but include standard warranty where applicable. CPAP.com is not responsible for replacing prizes as a result of damage prior to, during or after shipping or events beyond the control of CPAP.com. CPAP.com is not responsible for late, lost, illegible, misdirected, mutilated or incomplete entries. In the event that a giveaway is canceled prematurely for any reason, CPAP.com will use reasonable efforts to pick an alternate winner, but in the event an alternate winner cannot be determined, the giveaway item(s) will not be awarded. In the event no giveaway entrants submit an appropriate and valid prescription by the conclusion of the giveaway, the giveaway item(s) will not be awarded. CPAP.com reserves the right to deny exchanges at any time. CPAP.com allows only one giveaway item per customer, unless otherwise stated. CPAP.com only accepts returns on giveaway items if it is due to a manufacturer defect. In the event of a return, the customer must pay for all shipping and handling. Employees of CPAP.com, participating sponsors, and members of the immediate family of any such persons are not eligible to participate and win. The term “immediate family” includes spouses, siblings, parents, children, grandparents, and grandchildren, whether as “in-laws,” or by current or past marriage(s), remarriage(s), adoption, cohabitation or other family extension, and any other persons residing at the same household whether or not related. Promotion cannot be combined with any other offer.

CPAP.com will always request permission prior to publicizing the winner’s first name and state of residence. CPAP.com will not publicize any other personally identifiable information derived from this entry form. Giveaway entry constitutes permission to use winning submissions on CPAP.com website and its affiliated websites without further compensation. Furthermore, entry constitutes permission to archive your winning entries indefinitely on any webpage on this website. Giveaway entrants agree that the sole and final judgment as to all matters concerning giveaways and interpretation of giveaway rules are at the sole discretion of CPAP.com, its owners, and its staff. Giveaway entrants agree that the American Arbitration Association shall have jurisdiction over any dispute or litigation arising from or relating to the giveaways sponsored by CPAP.com, should any part of this agreement not be legally binding.
