New and Improved! The Fisher & Paykel Opus Mask has been redesigned and is now called the Opus 360 Nasal Pillow CPAP Mask.
The Opus 360 provides an exceptional amount of freedom in your sleep position while still maintaining a comfortable fit and effective seal. Small and quiet, the slim design allows for almost any sleeping position without the mask becoming dislodged. Its innovative 360 degree pivotal ball and socket elbow connection allows for a great deal of overall adjustability.

New - Contoured Mask Frame Three dimensional support architecture allows the Contoured Mask Frame to conform naturally to your face which enhances comfort and fit while also providing dependable support. The narrow design permits side-sleeping without the mask being pushed out of place.
Soft-Lip Cushion Providing more in the area of comfort the Silicone Seal is soft on the nose and quite supple where it touches the upper lip. The built-in Soft-Lip Cushion actually conforms to the shape of the upper lip naturally for the utmost in comfort.
Premium Frosted Silicone Seal The seals have a soft, smooth feel and are easy to slide into position while their frosted texture optimizes the mask seal.
Tube Anchoring System You may anchor the tube at the top, side, or leave it free to track. Elegant in design and simplicity, it firmly holds the tube in the desired position and provides stability keeping the mask in place. Alternatively, leave the tube unanchored and the ball and socket joint really comes into play allowing true 360° of freedom.

Opus 360
The Opus 360 challenged the Swift LT in Product Challenge 10.
The Opus 360 tied with the Swift LT, as each was favored by 25 of the 50 participants.
Product Challenges are head to head competitions between two similar products. Only real CPAP users determine the superior product after testing both in their home for a 2-3 week period.

Several users who participated in Product Challenge Ten: Opus vs Swift LT, suggested using Mask Strap Pads over the Opus headgear.
The only parts that are interchangeable between the old Original Opus Nasal Pillow CPAP Mask and the new Opus 360 Nasal Pillow CPAP Mask are the actual nasal pillows themselves. The new headgear, tubing and swivel are not interchangeable.
As of December 5th 2008, Fisher and Paykel has made a few improvements to the design of the Opus 360 Nasal Pillow Mask.
Soft foam pads have been added to the mask frame to add better cushioning
Silicone pillows are now designed with a contour shape that keeps the Silicone Seal off the upper lip
Orientation arrows are added to the mask frame to help with mask reassembly
An updated Fitting Guide with simple fitting instructions has been added

"This generation of headgear is noticeably better than previous gens. Wider straps that gouge the face less. They seem to have optimized, as best as can be done, between exhaust hole size and quantity. If they would redesign their mold such that the exhaust holes had an expanding taper, the exhaust velocity would decrease. Also, Fisher & Paykel still needs to discover open-cell foam to provide a sleeve over the exhaust so it doesn't continue to blow cold air jets on my wife in bed. No-mask brand has this part perfected; wish Fisher & Paykel would do a little research and see this also."

"This product has thinner nasal pillows than others which is great because they do not lay on your face between nose and lip (philtrim)...that was so irritating for me.
Headgear quite comfortable. I have tried 3 other products and this was the best for me."

"This is by far the best nasal pillow mask that I have found and I have tried many. This is the second one I have purchased. I bought it to go with my travel cpap so I do not have to worry about forgetting it when I pack. I have never been a back sleeper and this mask works great in any position. If I start out on my back and roll to either side I do not have to adjust the mask at all to keep the seal. I have not had any problems with nasal soreness or any other issues with this mask. Better than five stars. Also a great value. Anyone that is tired of a sore nose or tired of having to mess with the fit when changing sleeping postions needs to try this mask."
