    The purchase of return insurance allows you to return this item to us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the product's purchase price less shipping.

    All CPAP Masks offered on CPAP.com are brand new. Nothing sold on our website has been used previously by another customer. Our policy protects your health and is prudent for companies who sell medical equipment.

    Please be aware that the result of these policies is that we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used unless return insurance is purchased before your order is shipped. These policies are standard across online CPAP providers, but we are the only CPAP company that offers you a method of ensuring you can return your products.

    Purchasing return insurance makes sense if you are trying out new masks, new sizes of your current mask or if you simply want the option of returning the mask for a refund. If you purchase this option, we will include a UPS ground return shipping label in your order. Should you wish to return your product, place it in a shipping box, affix the return label to the box and drop it off at any UPS package pickup location.

    Please Note: Return insurance is available to all customers, however, return labels are only offered within the 50 United States. If return insurance is purchased by a customer living outside the 50 United States, all shipping costs involved are paid by the customer and the mask must be received back within the 30 day insurance time frame.

"Although I never had a reason to use the insurance I sure could have used it on my last mask. The supplier I had purchased it from would not offer any sort of return deal on the mask so going into this for the first time I let them guide me on the mask I needed and to my dismay I was stuck with a mask that did not work. At least with the insurance I had the assurance that I would not be stuck holding the bag if it were the wrong mask or size. Great deal and well worth the peace of mind."

"I gave the Quattro mask an average rating because I never got to use it. I used the sizing techniques shown on CPAP.com by using a ruler and taking measurements. Unfortunately, when the mask arrived it was too small....which is really unfortunate because it seemed to be an extremely high quality mask. The fortunate part is that I also bought the insurance for this mask so I won't be out the full purchase price. I recommend you take multiple measurements to hopefully help you purchase the right size mask. The insurance definitely gives you some peace of mind."

"The mask just didn't work for me, but then its the third mask I've tried and haven't felt comfortable yet. Maybe its just me, my face, rugged good looks and all must need a custom fit. lol"

"I have used the return insurance a number of times and haven't regretted it yet. If you are not replacing a mask you already own and are familiar with, this insurance is a terrific buy. It gives one a chance to try masks with a minimum cost."

"Really glad I bought the insurance. Being lucky enough to get a "fit" over the internet is big order. I'm certainly using my insurance. Even with the measurements and fit recommendations from CPAP.com, the mask is too small for my head and can't be adjusted to seal properly."
