"The comfort level is good. A little work needs to be put into making the strap connections stronger. I have purchased several of these masks; they have all broken where the quick connect attaches to the mask."

Broken ball and socket

"For the third time, I have had the socket break on this product, making the entire mask useless. (This is the ball and socket attachment for the head strap to the mask.) I continue to re-purchase this product because it works for me, but I resent the weak plastic socket that breaks easily (for me, after a few months). There is no reason to have this socket be so weak, other than to create a disposable product that people have to re-purchase. Respironics, this product defect creates customer dis-satisfaction."

"I received the mask in good shape. However I made a terrible mistake and didn't buy the insurance. I used the online sizing guide, got someone else to measure me and entered the results of the measurments. However when I received the mask it was too big and leaked terribly. I tried using it however could not stop the leaks and spent a rather unsettled night because of it. I did feel confident in the mask however and purchased another using the sizing guide on the package. Use the Insurance!"
